POLICIES
Fill Policy
You must retain at least 40% retention to qualify for a fill. Fills are required every 14-21 days.
Your natural lashes grow and shed regularly. You can lose up to 20% of your natural lashes every 14 days. Therefore, grown out extensions must be removed and replaced during your fill to maintain your lash extensions and your healthy natural lashes.
If you come in for your fill with less than 40% retention, you may be asked to reschedule for a full set.
If you are unable to make it for your scheduled fill and need to reschedule outside of the 14-21 day timeframe, you may need to reschedule for a new full set. I do my best to accommodate reschedules, but I book all my clients at least 3 weeks in advance and don’t always have space to move anyone. If you need to move your appointment and there is no availability within the 14-21 days since your last fill, you may be asked to schedule a full set. Thank you for understanding!
Cancellations / No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations within the 24 hour time frame will result in a cancellation fee that is 50% of the appointment cost.
No shows or cancellations less than 1 hour before appointment will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
I require a card on file to accept your appointment.
Sick Policy
If you are feeling sick a 24 notice is greatly appreciated. If you arrive to your appointment exhibiting symptoms of sickness you will be asked to reschedule and charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Late policy
Every appointment is scheduled with the appropriate amount of time required to complete each service.
Arriving to your appointment late will cut into your allotted appointment time. Less time = less lashing time!
Late arrivals will be charged for the full appointment cost regardless of the remaining time. If you are running 20 or more minutes late you will be asked to reschedule and pay a cancellation fee.
Aftercare Policy
You must take care of your lash extensions in order to continue long-term wear. This means following all aftercare instructions such as daily cleansing, avoiding mascara, no picking etc. Improper aftercare can result in damage to your natural eyelashes. I am not responsible or liable damage resulting from improper aftercare.
Aftercare
Always arrive to your lash appointment with clean, makeup free lashes. Lash extensions do not adhere to dirty lashes. Lash cleanser and makeup remover is available at the studio if you need to clean them. Please note that anytime taken up by cleansing at your appointment will cut into your allotted appointment time.
You must wash your lash extensions daily. I recommend Lash Bath Gel cleanser with a Cleansing brush. Oil, makeup, dirt and debris builds up along the lash line daily and must be properly cleansed in order to keep your natural lashes healthy. Build up suffocate the hair follicle and inhibits growth. Keep those lashes clean!
Avoid oil based products on the eye area.
NO MASCARA! If you feel like you’re needing mascara, you may be waiting too long inbetween fills. Mascara clumps those hand-made volume fans together and creates a sticky residue that is very difficult to cleanse off.
Do not pick or pull your lashes.
Avoid sleeping directly on your lashes.
